Corporate Social Responsibility

In order to create a balance between the Company's economic interests and social awareness, the Company and all business units always carry out various Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs every year. The Company designed the CSR program as a form of corporate social responsibility for the environment and society.

The Company is committed and actively organizes a number of activities to realize corporate social responsibility. The Company realizes that corporate social responsibility is an obligation, as stipulated in Act Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies.

CSR Aspects

In carrying out CSR programs, the Company is based on four main aspects, namely:

  1. Living environment
    The Company strives to preserve the environment:
    • Control the impact of waste, disposal of the remaining production and testing of all equipment in accordance with procedures.
    • Procurement of community service to clean waterways by Company employees during the rainy season.
  2. Employment, Health and Safety
    The Company creates a safe, healthy and environmentally friendly work environment and provides guidance for employees so that they can contribute to the maximum.
  3. Social and Community Development
    The Company is committed to developing social and surrounding communities.
    • The Company maintains good relations with community leaders, religious leaders and Government agencies to create harmonious cooperation and relationships with the local community, especially around the Company's operational location.
    • The company uses a local workforce, especially children who have just graduated from school.
  4. Responsibility to Consumers
    The Company is committed to producing high quality consumer products and services.

    The Company is always open and upholds the values of honesty, fairness and responsibility for product quality. To maintain the level of customer satisfaction and loyalty, the Company produces products in accordance with customer requirements, maintains a good cooperative relationship with customers, holds a commitment to satisfaction and maintains product quality continuously.

During 2018, the Company's social activities include: 

  • Ceremony of the Company conducted by involving the employees and the community around the factory
  • Family gathering to Yogyakarta
  • Healthy gymnastics and the tournament August 17 2018
  • Halal bihalal religious program Eid al-Adha
  • Breaking fast with orphans Mandiri Sidoarjo
  • Gebyar Muharam 1440 Hijriyah with orphans Mandiri Sidoarjo
  • Donations in the form of earthquake and tsunami victims in Lombok and Palu

During 2018 the costs incurred for this CSR program amounted to Rp. 119,477,316.
